Cleaning & Depyrogenation
Sterility is critical at every stage of the aseptic process—before, during, and after sterile filling. Our comprehensive portfolio includes both internal and external cleaning solutions for pharmaceutical containers such as vials, ampoules, syringes, or cartridges. After an initial pre-cleaning step with Water for Injection (WFI), which aims to remove product residues and surface contaminants, our sterilization tunnel delivers reliable dry heat sterilization and depyrogenation. Following filling and capping, vials are transferred to our external cleaning machine, which removes any particles adhering to the outer surfaces—an essential measure to ensure the safety of operators and healthcare workers alike.
Designed for low to medium output, this all-purpose pharmaceutical cleaning solution delivers high-quality results with every cycle. True to our standard, its ergonomic design ensures flexible and safe cleaning operations. Dedicated pipes connect each cleaning station directly to the cleaning media, creating a hose-free washing area that significantly reduces particle generation.
